Governor John Kasich rolled out his much-anticipated proposed budget and education plan set to begin on July 1 at the start of the new fiscal year.
The plan calls for increases in funding to some districts in Ohio while no district will reportedly see any cuts as a result of the new plan. The idea is to raise the valuation of each student in the state to $250,000 each.
