Early Wednesday morning, Marion Police were responding to a burglary call in the 800 block of Mt. Vernon Ave.--when they caught a second set of burglars hitting the same address.

While officers were still on the phone with the female victim, she told them that someone was kicking in her back door. When police arived at about 1:30 AM, they apprehended two suspects that were still in the home--one was armed with a machete.

The two arrested were Curtis Paymon, 28, and Dwayne Harris, 31, both of Marion.

The victim of the robbery told police that it was a different pair of burglars who had broken in moments earlier that she had originally called about. Marion Police are still investigating the first incident.
